Quality professional service at a reasonable price. Detailed inspection reports that include pictures of parts recommended and/or requested to be serviced on vehicle. Uber shuttle service may be available at owners discretion. This shop is quickly turning into the only place nearby that I'd trust to service my Corvette.

Recently had an amazing experience at the location on Basswood. I initially took my vehicle to the Chevrolet dealer in North Richland Hills and was told it would be $229 for them to do a diagnostic test, but their test schedule was backed up 5-7 days and I'd have to leave my vehicle there. Obviously told them they're out of their minds. So, I found Driver's Edge through Google. Drove my vehicle straight there, they quickly diagnosed the issue, for a fraction of the cost, down to a vapor purge pump. I'd never even heard of it. The next day my vehicle was fixed for a little more than what Chev wanted to charge me for a diagnostic test. Their staff were amazing and professional. I will definitely take me vehicles going forward. Fixed quickly, and for an amazing price! Loved it

Overall the experience was great from up front. The service advisors at the front were awesome. Roger and the other gentleman got me in fairly quick without an appointment. The techs though need to pay a little more attention. They put a stain on my door panel from not wearing gloves and when I left my TPMS light came on because the decreased my PSI from memory instead of verifying on my door placard. I had 45psi in my rear and they dropped to 36psi. The stain was handled immediately by the gentleman up front, I called and spoke to Roger and he verified the tech in fact lowered my psi and asked me to bring it back to correct it. I told him I would do it myself but I felt he was genuine and do recommend them. Although they were great up front this is the reason for 4 stars and not 3. 5 would have been given if the issues had not happened. On a side note I feel they were honest and felt no pressure to upsell me on additional services after the inspection. Service was provided on a 2019 Range Rover.

I really wanted to like this location and have given them multiple chances because the staff is always friendly. Unfortunately, every visit has involved something being missed or not completed correctly. On my first visit, I paid for an oil change and a tire rotation. When I picked up my vehicle, the tires had clearly not been rotated. They insisted they had, but I have a damaged rim that was still in the exact same position, making it obvious the rotation was never done. On my second visit, I asked them to check a tire that was slowly losing air while they were doing another oil change. They told me they checked it and found nothing. I drove straight to Texas Tire afterward, where they immediately found a nail in the tire. It appeared the tire had never actually been inspected. Today's visit was the final straw. I spent nearly $700 on a new set of tires before leaving on a road trip tomorrow. I also paid about $50 for new wiper blades. When I picked up my vehicle, I realized the wiper blades had never been replaced, so I had to pull back into the service bay and wait while they installed them. Highly recommend! I stopped by for an oil change but realized I didn't have my coupon for their current special. The manager was fantastic and honored the deal anyway—a level of customer care you don't see very often. I'll absolutely be sending my family and friends here!
